Happy Saint Patrick’s Day to all our players, coaches, parents and members under unique circumstances. Although one of the strangest holidays we will ever encounter, it’s an opportunity to spend time with family and make the most of the occasion.
Not having football is a huge disappointment for everyone but players should practice social distancing responsibly by staying away from large groups or having close personal contact so as to not pass on infection to elderly relatives or vulnerable people.
As mentioned please remember to follow HSE guidelines with regards to washing hands regularly, practicing coughing and sneezing etiquette into elbows, discarding used tissues and to report symptoms such as high fever, coughing or shortness of breath to you local GP by phone whilst isolating yourself from family members.
Keep each other safe and well and help the amazing people in our health service by acting responsibly and limiting their workload by playing your part.
